Refund and Returns Policy

At Homeaura Interiors we take pride in offering carefully curated home décor and luxury fragrance products. Every order is inspected prior to shipping to ensure quality and care.

Please review our policy below before completing your purchase.

1. Final Sale – Fragrance & Personal Use Products

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control standards, all fragrance and personal-use products are final sale, including but not limited to:

  • Reed diffusers
  • Diffuser oils
  • Candles
  • Linen sprays
  • Home fragrance accessories

Once delivered, these items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist you promptly, include:

  • Clear photos or video of the damaged or defective item
  • Photos of the original packaging
  • The shipping label

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or
  • Store credit of equal value

Shipping costs related to approved damaged or defective items will be covered by Homeaura Interiors.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Homeaura Interiors & Scents is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We recommend ensuring your delivery address is accurate and choosing a secure delivery location. We are happy to assist with carrier claims where applicable.

4. Home Décor & Non-Scent Items

Select non-scent home décor items may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Approved returns:

  • Are subject to inspection upon receipt
  • Will be issued as store credit only
  • Require the customer to cover return shipping costs

Items showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted.

5. Sale & Promotional Items

All items purchased during:

  • Sales
  • Promotions
  • Clearance events

are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided processing has not begun.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

7. Refund & Credit Processing

Approved refunds or store credits will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Pricing & Listing Errors

In the event of a pricing or product listing error, Homeaura Interiors reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
