1. Program Overview
The Homeaura Affiliate & Brand Partner Program allows approved individuals and businesses to earn commission by promoting Homeaura products through unique referral links or approved discount codes.
This program includes:
- Influencer Affiliates
- Discount Code Partners
- Interior Designers & Event Planners
- General Brand Advocates
All participants are collectively referred to as “Affiliates” within these terms.
2. Approval & Eligibility
All applications are manually reviewed.
Homeaura reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject any application
- Request additional verification
- Categorize affiliates into specific tiers
- Revoke approval at any time
Approval does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
3. Affiliate Categories
A. Influencer Affiliates
Approved social media creators promoting Homeaura via content.
- Must disclose affiliate relationship in compliance with advertising regulations.
- May not misrepresent product performance.
B. Discount Code Partners
Affiliates provided with custom discount codes.
- Codes may not be published on mass coupon sites unless approved.
- Code stacking or self-use abuse is prohibited.
C. Interior Designers & Event Planners
Professionals using Homeaura products in client projects or gifting.
- Commissions apply only to tracked purchases.
- Trade discounts (if applicable) are separate from affiliate commissions.
- Commissions do not apply to wholesale or negotiated bulk orders unless agreed in writing.
D. General Affiliates
Approved individuals promoting via blogs, websites, email lists, or referrals.
4. Commission Structure
- Commission is percentage-based unless otherwise agreed.
- Commissions apply only to completed, non-refunded orders.
- Shipping and taxes are excluded from commission calculations.
- Homeaura reserves the right to adjust commission rates at any time.
- Last-click attribution applies unless otherwise specified.
5. Payments
- Minimum payout threshold applies.
- Payments are issued after a refund grace period.
- Refunded or fraudulent transactions will result in commission reversal.
- Payment details must be accurate and up to date.
- Homeaura is not responsible for incorrect payout information provided by affiliates.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
- Bid on “Homeaura” or related brand terms in paid advertising
- Use misleading, false, or exaggerated claims
- Impersonate Homeaura or present themselves as official representatives
- Spam affiliate links
- Purchase through their own referral links for personal commission
- Offer unauthorized discounts
- Distribute coupon codes on mass discount websites without approval
- Engage in any activity that harms brand reputation
Violation may result in:
- Immediate suspension
- Commission forfeiture
- Permanent termination
7. Brand Integrity & Representation
Homeaura is positioned as a luxury lifestyle brand.
Affiliates agree to:
- Maintain brand integrity in all content
- Avoid content that damages luxury perception
- Use approved logos and brand assets only
- Avoid price-focused messaging that cheapens brand positioning
8. Intellectual Property
All Homeaura trademarks, logos, images, and content remain the property of Homeaura.
Unauthorized modification or misuse is prohibited.
9. Termination
Homeaura reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for:
- Breach of terms
- Fraudulent behavior
- Brand misalignment
- Inactivity
Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be voided if policy violations occurred.
10. Modifications
Homeaura may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
