At Homeaura Interiors, each order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • Within Canada
  • Internationally

Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Package size
  • Destination

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Canada: 2– 5 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Tracking Information

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Homeaura Interiors is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages returned to sender due to delivery failure

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Homeaura Interiors is not responsible for lost or stolen packages; however, we will assist with carrier investigations where applicable.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are:

  • Not included in the product price or shipping fee
  • The responsibility of the customer

9. Shipping Restrictions

Due to shipping regulations:

  • Certain fragrance or liquid products may not be eligible for shipment to some locations.
  • Orders that cannot be shipped will be cancelled and refunded.
